Monique Mosier

Monique Mosier is the Customer Success Manager at Eval. She also manages the Inspections Department and is responsible for handling all customer communications, inquiries, and requests. Monique has an expert understanding of multiple loan and valuation management platforms, mapping and property research applications, and the entirety of the evaluation process. She takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and takes ownership in the satisfaction of every one of Eval’s clients. Monique was born in Lawton, OK, and moved to Hanau, Germany, at a young age with her family before eventually settling in Casper, WY, where she met her husband and had their daughter. Monique started at Eval in November of 2021 as an Inspection Coordinator after being a stay-at-home mother. Because of her drive and initiative to learn, her naturally friendly demeanor, and her dedication to our team, she was quickly recognized as the perfect person for her current role.
