Purpose of Privacy Policy and Notice
Eval.com, Inc. and its subsidiary EvalPix (collectively, “Eval.com,” “we,” “us” or “our”) do not ordinarily provide services directly to individual consumers. However, in the course of performing some of our valuation services and in connection with our websites, Eval.com may still collect or receive information about you or others that is considered Personal Information (as defined below). This Privacy Policy and Notice (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use, disclose and protect such Personal Information. The Policy applies to any party about or from whom we receive Personal Information, including, but not limited to our clients, our clients’ customers, vendors and users of our websites that display or link to this Policy (collectively, “Sites”). By engaging our services or using our Sites, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information in compliance with this Policy subject to applicable state and federal laws of the United States.
Information We Collect
We collect information that identifies, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to a particular individual (“Personal Information”). In particular, we may collect the following types of Personal Information: (i) contact information such as name, address, phone number and email address; (ii) loan or application numbers; (iii) information in or about properties being valued that may be of a personal nature; (iv) responses to surveys you may complete regarding our services; and/or (v) any other information collected in the ordinary course of business to provide or receive payment for our services. Collection of such Personal Information is necessary to our performance of the services we provide and the functionalities offered on our Sites. If you decline to provide the requested Personal Information, we may not be able to provide the requested services or process your other requests.
We may also collect browsing information from your internet browser, computer and/or mobile device if you visit or use our Sites, including, but not limited to, internet protocol (IP) address or device ID/UDID, protocol and sequence information, browser language and type, domain name, system requests, geographic location, browsing history on our Sites, and operating system data (collectively, “Browsing Information”).
How Information is Collected
We obtain the Personal Information described above in the following ways:
• from you when you complete forms and applications in connection with services we provide or when you interact with us or our Sites;
• from our clients (for example, lenders) when they provide us with information collected about you or a property that we may be valuing; and
• directly from third-party service providers performing services for us or providing information to us in relation to your transaction or property.
We may collect Browsing Information from the use of cookies and similar technologies.
Use of Personal Information
We may use the Personal Information we collect for one or more of the following business purposes:
• fulfilling the reason you provided the information, including providing our services and providing property valuations to our clients;
• supporting and improving our Sites, services and/or overall business experience;
• creating, maintaining, and securing an account with us;
• processing transactions and payments;
• marketing our services;
• enforcing our service agreements;
• creating and maintaining internal data and databases regarding property information; and/or
• other purposes described when collecting Personal Information or as otherwise described in this Policy.
Disclosing Personal Information
We may disclose your Personal Information to the following third parties:

• our clients (for example, lenders) and their affiliates;
• service providers and/or other third parties who provide or perform services for us such as providing property or business information;

• a third-party purchaser or potential purchaser in connection with a potential merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets in which Personal Information held by Eval.com is among the assets transferred;
• potential third-party investors in Eval.com or any of its affiliates; and
• other parties who are necessary to the performance of our valuation services.
We may also disclose to third parties data containing de-identified and anonymized Personal Information.
We implement and maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards reasonably designed to: (i) protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of your Personal Information; (ii) prevent unauthorized use, access to, disclosure, loss or theft of your Personal Information; and (iii) prevent and detect unauthorized intrusions into our systems. We do not disclose, make available or provide access to any of your Personal Information to any of our subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers or third parties, other than (i) those who require such Personal Information to provide our services; or (ii) as otherwise provided for in this Policy.
Information from Children
Our services and Sites are meant for adults and are not intended or designed to attract children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or sell Personal Information from any person under the age of 16 without permission from a parent or guardian. If you are under the age of 16, do not provide us with any information about yourself, including your name, address, email address, telephone number, etc. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from anyone under the age of 16 without parental consent, we will promptly delete that information.
