Owner-Occupied
Owner-occupied refers to a commercial property that is primarily used and occupied by the business entity that owns the property rather than being leased to third-party tenants.
Leased and Rented
Leased or rented refers to a commercial property that is occupied by one or more tenants who pay rent to the property owner under a lease agreement.
Stabilized Commercial

An interior/exterior inspection involves a full on-site review of the property, including condition, layout, deferred maintenance, and occupancy characteristics. This is the most comprehensive inspection scope.
