CRE Loan Officer
A commercial real estate (CRE) loan officer, relationship manager or ‘banker’ is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing commercial lending relationships throughout the credit lifecycle. The role involves identifying lending opportunities, evaluating borrower objectives, coordinating underwriting and due diligence, and serving as the primary point of contact between the lender and borrower.
