Exterior Drive-by
When overall property condition is needed, only exterior pictures are taken. This ensures property condition, curb appeal, neighborhood, and other visual elements were verified.
Interior & Exterior
These include exterior & interior pictures are taken to document the exterior metrics as well as the details of finish, condition, layout, heating/cooling type, and other interior specifics of a property.
Land Only
Land-only pictures can range from a simple vacant residential lot in a new subdivision to a commercial lot downtown, or a 400-acre ranch at the end of a mountain two-track road.
